活血化瘀、杀胚消癥中药配合西药治疗异位妊娠36例

摘　　要：探讨活血化瘀、杀胚消癥中药配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。选取68例异位妊娠患者随机分为2组,治疗组36例予中药口服及灌肠配合米非司酮治疗;对照组32例单予米非司酮治疗。观察比较2组治疗前后疗效、血β-HCG值、附件包块大小等情况。结果:治疗组治疗后血β-HCG值下降至正常的时间、附件包块消散的时间均小于对照组,差异显著(P<0.01)。说明中药配合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠在缩短疗程等方面有一定作用。To explore the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine cooperated with mifepriston for treating ectopic pregnancy. 68 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group （36 cases） were treated with the traditional Chinese medicine for oral and coloclysis combined with mifepristone, and the control group （32 cases） with rnifepristone only. The curative effects, the blood β-HCG values and the sizes of adanexal lump of two groups were observed and compared before and after the treatment. The results showed that the time that the blood β-HCG values droping to normal, and the time of adanexal lump lysis in the treatment group is shorter than that of the control group after treatment, there were obvious differences （P〈0.01, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The traditional Chinese medicine cooperated with mifepristone for ectopic pregnancy has sure effect in shortening course of treatment.
