泌尿系CT成像及后处理技术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨16层螺旋CT在泌尿系检查中的扫描方法及多层面重建(MPR)、三维容积重建(3D)、曲面重建(CPR)的临床应用价值。方法:运用16层螺旋CT扫描速度快,重建功能强大的有利条件,对474例患者行泌尿系平扫,167例行双期、延迟期扫描,根据病变情况对72例进行了MPR、3D、CPR等重建。结果:474例患者中,占位性病变包括良恶性肿瘤、结核等297例;囊性病变包括囊肿、积水等98例;正常79例,重建后MPR、3D等均显示优秀。结论:16层螺旋CT泌尿系成像是一种安全可靠、方便快捷的技术,后处理图像优秀,将成为诊断泌尿系疾病的一种新型无创伤影像学手段。Objective To explore the clinical application value of Multiple Planar Reconstruction（MPR）and Three Dimensional Volume Reconstruction （VR） with 16-slice SCT in the renal urinal and urinary bladder diseases. Methods Total 474 patients were performed with plain CT scanning. 167 patients underwent ducal and delayed dynamic contrast enhanced CT scanning. According to different diseases, multiple planar reconstruction （MPR） and three dimensional volume reconstruction （VR） were used on 72 patients. Results 297 cases are occupying lesions including neoplasm, calculus and tuberculosis; 98 cases are cystic lesions including cysts and hydrous; 79 cases are normal. Conclusion 16-spiral CT urinary system scanning is safe, convincible and convenient. With excellent post-processing function, it will be a kind of non-injury imaging method in diagnosing the diseases of urinary system.
