摘　　要：阴道镜是目前临床诊断宫颈病变最常用的方法。阴道镜检查技术诊断宫颈疾病结果准确可靠,有敏感性高、阴性预测值高的优点,特别对CIN的筛查及降低宫颈癌的发生率有重要的临床应用价值,但也有假阳性和漏诊。着重综述了近年来阴道镜在宫颈疾病诊断中的应用现状。Colposcopy is a very conventional method in the diagnosis of cervical diseases for it has such advantages as good accuracy and reliability, high sensitivity and negative predictive value. Colposcopy is suitable for CIN screening, especially in microinvasive carcinoma and precancerous lesions of uterine cervix. However, there was a relative high false negative rate in diagnosing mild cervical lesions, This article mainly sums up the cinical application of colposcopy to cervical lesions in the diagnosis in recent years.
