摘　　要：自体输血作为一种减少异体输血并发症和节省血源的特殊技术,已较早地被广泛应用于医学领域,特别是外科领域。近年来将自体输血作为重要的血液保护措施应用于体外循环心脏手术,以减少血液破坏及出血。本文就运用于体外循环心脏手术的自体输血中三种方法(预贮式、稀释式、回收式自体输血)以及适应证等进行综述。Autologous blood transfusion（ABT） is the special method reducing comphcation of homologous blood transfusion（HBT） and economizing sources of blood, which has been apphed widely in medical field, especially surgery domain. Recently, autologous blood transfusion has been used in cardiosurgery with extracorporeal circulation in in order to reduce blood destroy and bleeding as an important measure of blood protection. This article reviews three methods of autohemotransfusion （predeposite autotransfusion, autotransfusion with hemodilution, reinfusion of blood salvage ） used in cardiosurgery with extrscorporeal circulation and their corresponding indication.
