摘　　要：翼点入路自从应用到临床以来,取得了明显的疗效,它适用于动脉瘤、垂体腺瘤、颅咽管瘤、鞍区脑膜瘤。翼点入路鞍区4个手术间隙的显微解剖非常重要,熟悉这4个间隙的显微解剖是鞍区手术成功的关键。Pterion approach has achieved its good effet since it has been applied into clinic, which refers to aneurysm, pituitary adenoma, craniapharyngioma, meningioma in saddle area. Microanatomy of the four surgery interspace of ptenon approach m saddle area is very important, of which the familarity is the key of opertation in this area.
