重症监护室护士心理健康状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解综合性医院重症监护室护士的心理健康状况。方法:采用SCL-90项症状自评量表对自贡市4所二级甲等以上综合性医院的65名重症监护室护士进行问卷调查。结果:重症监护室护士的SCL-90总均分和9个因子分与国内常模比较,前者均高于后者,除恐怖与精神病性2个因子分外,其余因子得分与常模比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);常见的心理障碍为焦虑、抑郁和强迫。结论:重症监护室护士心理健康水平较常人低,应采取切实有效的措施,适宜的心理保健来维护重症监护室护士的心理健康水平。objective：To study the psychological health condition of nurses working in ICU of comprehensive hospitals.Method：According to SCL-90, a questionnaire was used to survey psychological condition of 65 ICU＇s nurses in 4 hospitals which are at least Rank Two, Grade A. Result： The total mean and all the nine items＂ means of SCL-90 are higher than the domestic average value. Except for 2 items including phobia and psychosis, the others＂ differences are significant（P〈0.05）. Being anxious, depressed and compelled are the most popular phe nomenon.Gonclusion：The condition of psychological health is not very good among nurses in ICU, so effective measures should be taken to improve their psychological condition and to ameliorate the quality of nursing.
