摘　　要：对我国经济适用住宅的发展现状进行了分析,指出现阶段经济适用住宅设计与建设当中存在的问题,并提出经济适用住宅设计应该紧扣"经济适用"、确保"舒适方便"、做到"功能齐全"的观点,以完善经济适用房住宅设计。　Based upon analysis of the development situations of economic and suitable houses in our country the questions existed in the design and construction of economic and suitable houses in our country at present are pointed out,at the same time personal viewpoints are proposed.Author points out that the design of economic and suitable houses should focus on ＂economic and suitable＂,ensure ＂comfort and convenient＂ and realize ＂complete functions＂ to perfect the design of economic and suitable houses.
