摘　　要：针对企业知识劳动管理的特点和需求,以实现企业目标管理为目的,设计开发了一套基于C/S结构、.NET框架和SQLServer2000的任务管理系统,介绍了系统的结构、功能、开发平台及实现的方法。According to the requirements of business enterprise knowledge and labor management, a task management system is designed based on C/S structure, . NET frame and SQL Sever 2000 platform to realize the business enterprise objective management purpose. This paper introduces structure, functions of this system, developing platform and realization method.
