摘　　要：从生态城镇建设政策的地位和作用入手,分析了我国生态城镇政策的缺乏及由此所带来的问题,重点介绍了生态城镇建设的教育政策、规划政策、组织机构政策和财政金融政策,以及各种政策的作用和具体操作内容。This issue starts from the policy and effect of the ecological town-building policies. It analyses lack of our country ecological town policy and the problem. It concerns on introducing the education policy, the planning policy, organization policy and financial policy of the ecological town-construction. It also describes the effect and specific operation steps.
