摘 要:探讨白藜芦醇及其7个衍生物(a-g)的抗氧化和抗肿瘤活性,利用亚油酸体系检测药物的抗氧化能力,通过H2O2诱导红细胞溶血分析药物的抑制溶血性能,采取SRB法测定药物对肿瘤细胞H446增殖的抑制效果。结果:a、c在72h后有着比白藜芦醇更强的抗氧化能力;各药物均能不同程度使红细胞溶血率降低,并具有明显的剂量效应;样品a、b、c对H446细胞的生长抑制要比白藜芦醇强,但对正常细胞L02基本没有毒性。白藜芦醇和它的衍生物都有一定的抗氧化及抗肿瘤活性,其中反式结构比顺式结构作用强。Objective: To investigate the effects of resveratrel and its derivatives on anti-oxidant and anti-tumor activity. Methods : Linoleic acid system and red blood cells hemolysis induced by H2O2 were used to comparing the antioxidant activity of resveratrol and its derivatives. The inhibition effects of resveratrol and its derivatives on H446 cells and L02 cells were measured by SRB assay . Results: Resveratrol derivatives a and c had more anti-oxidant ability than resveratrol after 72 h. All the samples reduced the rate of red blood cell hemolysis and with a significant doseeffect relationship. The growth inhibition of derivatives a, b and c were stronger than that of resveratrel. However, all of them had little toxic on L02 cells. Conclusion: Resveratrol and its derivatives have anti-oxidant and anti-tumor activity. Among them, the activity of the trans-structure derivatives a - d are more powerful than that of the cis-structure derivatives.
