摘  要:目的:确定超临界CO2萃取辛夷挥发油的最优工艺,为工业化生产提供参考。方法:设计正交试验考察影响萃取效果的因素,并进行方差分析,确定影响因素的最优水平和最优组合。结果:确定了超临界CO2萃取辛夷挥发油的最优工艺条件,挥发油的平均含量为(4.4±0.5)%(n=3)。结论:该法具有提取时间短、总收得率及有效组分含量高、利于保存有效成分等特点,在辛夷的提取及质量研究方面有其独特的优点。Objective:To define the optimal technology parameters of supercritical CO2 extraction to extract essential oil from biond magnolia flower,and to offer reference to the industrialized produce in future.Methods:Orthogonal design was adopted to inspect the factors,which influenced the effect of extraction.Variance analysis was used to define the optimal level and society.Results:The optimal extracting conditions of essential oil,which was extracted from blond magnolia flower by su- percritical CO2 extraction,were selected.The final average content of essential oil was (4.4±0.5)%(n=3).Condusion:The su- percritical CO2 extraction ,which is used to extract essential oil,has many characteristics such as short extraction time,high yield,high content and also in favour of maintaining of active principle.This method has distinct fortes in the research of blond magnolia flower, includlng the study on the extraction and quality.
