摘　　要：分析了雷电及浪涌对空分设备仪控系统的危害,以海南炼化8000m3/h纯氮设备为例,介绍了仪表及DCS系统的防浪涌设计方案、MTL防浪涌器的性能参数及其具体应用。The hazard from thunder and surge on the instrument and control system of air separation unit is analyzed, with a case study of 8000m^3/h pure nitrogen producing system in Hainan Lianhua. The designing scheme of anti-surge device for the instrument and DCS system, the specification of MTL anti-surge system and the practical applications are also presented.
