摘 要:在不同硝酸钠水平处理下,杉木种子发芽实验检测了杉木桩分解3个月后其提取物对杉木的化感效应。结果表明:桩和分解土的弱极性提取物对杉木种子胚轴长有促进作用,对绝对发芽率、绝对发芽势、胚根长、鲜重和干重具有不同程度的抑制作用;桩极性提取物对绝对发芽率、胚根长、胚轴长和鲜重有促进作用,对绝对发芽势和干重则表现为抑制作用;分解土极性提取物对胚轴长和鲜重具有不同程度的促进作用,但对其他指标则体现为抑制作用。3个不同NaNO3水平处理的提取物对杉木种子的化感促进效应相比,桩弱极性提取物体现为处理2(100 g NaNO3)>处理3(50 g NaNO3)>处理1(不加N素);而极性提取物体现为处理3>处理2>处理1;分解土的弱极性和极性提取物的化感促进效应表现一致,均体现为处理1>处理2>处理3.Allelochemicals extracted from Chinese fir stump treated with different sodium nitrate level after decomposed three months, bioassary of Chinese fir seeds germ/nation were done. The results showed that the little-polar allelochemicals extracted from Chinese fir stump and residual soil had positive effects on embryo axis length, but had inhibited effects on absolute germination rate, absolute germination power, embryo root length, fresh weight and dry weight; That the polar allelochemieals extracted from Chinese fir stump had positive effects on the absolute germination rate, embryo root length, fresh weight, but had inhibited effects onabsdute germination power and dry weight; That the pohr allelochemicals extracted from residual soil had positive effects on embryo root length and fresh weight, but had inhibited effects on other indexes. As far as alldopathic positive effect of alldochemicals of Chinese fir stump on germ/nation of Chinese fir seed were concerned, the order of the effect of little-polar allelochemieals of stump on seed germination was that condition 2 ( 100 g NaNO3 ) 〉 condition 3 (50 g NaNO3 ) 〉 condition 1 ( non adding NaNO3 ), and the po- lar allelochemicals on seed germ/nation was that condition 3 〉 condition 2 〉 condition 1 ; The order of the allelopathic positive effect of the litter-polar allelochemieals and polar allelochemieals of decomposed soil was that condition 1 〉 condition 2 〉 condition 3.
