西北地区生态环境问题与可持续发展探讨

摘　　要：对我国西北地区可持续发展中所面临的水土流失、荒漠化、水资源短缺和自然灾害频发等生态环境问题进行了论述。针对所存在的问题,指出西北地区社会经济要发展,保护和改善生态环境是前提,水资源可持续利用是关键;只有发展生态农业,重视保护和改善生态环境,解决好生态环境建设的机制和投资问题,提高其效益,才能确保资源的可持续利用,促进西北社会经济可持续发展。This paper aims at the environmental characteristics in northwest China. It is considered that the preconditions of social economy development in northwest China, which is to protect ecological environment, and to ensure the sustainable utilization of water resources. Only when we develop eco-agriculture, protect and make full use of the resources reasonably, solve problems about the system and investment of eco-environment construction and increase its benefits, can we make resources utilization and economic development be sustainable in northwest China.
