摘　　要：国内外除雾器冲洗喷嘴一般均采用实心锥喷嘴,均匀度是考核喷嘴性能的重要指标之一。试验研究了冲洗喷嘴均匀度的变化规律,结果表明:喷嘴芯旋度对均匀度影响较大;选择喷嘴优化方案时,优先选择直径方向均匀度好的方案。Solid wimble nozzles are commonly used as flushing nozzles at home and abroad, and the uniformity of spray is one of the important indexes for the performance evaluation of a flushing nozzle. The change law of uniformity of spray for flushing nozzles is studied systematically. Results show that the angle of nozzle has a great effect on the uniformity of spray and the scheme with better uniformity of spray in diameter direction should be considered firstly in optimizing the scheme of nozzle.
