摘　　要：结核病是由结核杆菌引起的人畜共患慢性传染病。采用牛型结核分枝杆菌PPD皮内变态反应试验,2003—2006年对杭州市奶牛结核病感染情况进行调查,4年间共检牛52 160头,检出阳性牛590头,平均阳性率为1.13%。2004—2005年杭州市奶牛结核病发生主要集中在临安市和建德市。从奶牛结核病流行趋势分析,2004—2006年奶牛结核病平均阳性率(1.42%),高于2000—2003年的水平(0.28%)。存栏20头奶牛以下的养殖户结核病发生率(33.33%),明显高于养殖规模场(22.41%)。Tuberculosis is a zoonotic, chronic disease caused by Mycobacterium bovis. The PPD test （purified protein derivative of bovine tuberculin） was used to examine the prevalence of tuberculosis in the dairy cattle population in Hangzhou in 2003 - 2005. There were 52 160 heads of cattle in the examination, 590 heads of them were found to be PPD- positive with infected rate of 1.13%. The disease was concentrated in in Ling＇an and Jiande in 2004 and 2005. Infected rate of the tuberculosis in 2004 - 2006 （ 1. 42% ） was greater than in 2000 - 2003 （0.28%）. Infected rate （33.33%）of the tuberculosis in the farms with cows less than 20 heads was greater than that （22.41% ） in the large-scale farms.
