摘 要:通过试验研究了离心成型钢纤维混凝土环形截面构件的轴心抗压性能,分析了离心成型中速阶段离心时间、离心加速度、骨料级配、钢纤维长度、钢纤维体积率等因素对钢纤维混凝土轴心抗压强度的影响作用.结果表明:当钢纤维长度小于25mm时,延长离心时间有利于提高钢纤维混凝土的轴心抗压强度;增大离心加速度不利于钢纤维混凝土轴心抗压强度的提高;粗骨料粒径5—10mm时的钢纤维混凝土轴心抗压强度高于粗骨料粒径5—15mm时的钢纤维混凝土轴心抗压强度;从材料的性价比角度考虑,宜选取长度为25—32mm、体积率为1.2%左右的钢纤维.Test are conducted to study the axial compressive properties of spun-cast steel fiber reinforced concrete, the effect elements of axial compressive strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete is analyzed ,which conclude the factors of the spun-cast time and acceleration during middle speed stage, the size grades of coarse aggregate, the length and volume fraction of steel fiber,and so on. It is proved that when the length of steel fiber is shorter than 25 mm, lengthening the spun-cast time is favorable to the increase of the axial compressive strength, but increasing the spun-cast acceleration is unfavorable to the axial compressive strength; the axial compressive strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete mixed with 5 - 10 mm of the size grades of coarse aggregate is higher than that of steel fiber reinforced concrete mixed with 5 - 15 mm ;considering the property to value ratio of material, it is proposed that the length of steel fiber be taken as 25 - 32 mm and the volume fraction of steel fiber as about 1.2%.
