摘　　要：视频监控系统是公共安全技术防范体系中一个重要的综合系统,将人脸识别技术应用在视频监控中,可以大大提高监控的可靠性和使用效率.在分析了人脸识别技术在视频监控系统中应用的基础上,提出了智能化视频监控系统的构建方法,该系统可以满足普通场合的监控要求.The video monitoring is an important system in the public security technology. The human face recognition technology is applied in the video monitoring and constituted, intellectualization video monitoring system, this technology may enhance the reliability and effici greatly. Based on the human face recognition technology which applied in video monitoring system, the construction of intellectualization video monitoring system is presented, this system can satisfy the requirements of the general occasions.
