摘　　要：研究了以顺丁烯二酸和异辛醇为原料、一水合硫酸氢钠为催化剂的增塑剂顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯的合成。实验得到的最佳酯化条件如下,原料配比:顺丁烯二酸与异辛醇的物的质量比为1∶2.4,催化剂用量为每摩尔顺丁烯二酸12g,以苯为带水剂脱除反应生成的水,酯化反应收率为98%,并用相同的反应条件合成了顺丁烯二酸二乙酯和丙二酸二丁酯,酯化收率分别为93.6%及98.6%。Synthesis of a plasticizer, maleic acid diisooctyl ester was studied. Test results show the optimum conditions of esterification are as follows, reactants mole ratio： n（maleic acid）： n（isooctanol） is 1：2.4, the amount of catalyst： 12 g/mole maleic acid, dehydration agent： benzene, and the yield of esterification is 98%. Diethyl maleate and dibutyl malonate were likewise synthesized. And the esterification yeild are 93.6% and 98.6 respectively.
