生长抑素治疗开胸术后乳糜胸的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生长抑素对开胸术后乳糜胸的治疗价值。方法将开胸术后乳糜胸患者分为两组。治疗组行生长抑素+保守治疗;对照组行保守治疗。对比两组患者胸腔闭式引流每日减少量与治愈时间。结果两组胸腔闭式引流每日减少量与治愈时间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生长抑素对开胸术后乳糜胸有良好疗效。Objective To discuss treatment value of chylothorax with somatostatin after thorax operation. Methods Chylothorax patients after thorax operation were divided into two groups. Group A （treatment group） were treated with con- servatively and somatostatinl Group B （contrast group） were treated with conservatively. The reduction amount of thoracic drainage fluid in a day and time of cure were compared. Results Compared with reduction amount of thoracic drainage fluid in a day and time of cure, there were significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Somatostatin had a better curative effect in the treatment of postoperative chylothorax.
