摘 要:电力行业标准《交流电气装置的接地》(DL/T621-1997)所推荐的地网最大接触电位差公式的缺点是,不宜用于面积A<30×30m2的小型地网。为此,本文提出了以方环为基本几何模型的地网最大接触电位差新公式,它既可适用于小型地网,又可以适用于大型地网。而且,它还比以平行导体为基本几何模型的美国《交流变电站接地安全导则》(以下简称《导则》)的最大接触电位差公式更符合地网的实际情况,且物理概念和几何概念也更清楚。新公式与计算机数值算法比较,相对误差较小,且适用范围大。The disadvantages of the calculating formula for the maximum contact potential difference of grounding grid recommended in Chinese electric power trade standard DL / T 621-1997, grounding for AC electric installations, are not suitable for small grounding grid with an area A 〈 30 ×30m^2. Accordingly, the article takes square ring as the basic geometric model to put forward a new calculating formula for the maximum contact potential difference of grounding grid, which is fit for both small and large grounding grid. Furthermore, the new formula conforms well to the practical application of grounding grid than the formula based on parallel conductor in safety guidelines in AC substation grounding (hereafter called guidelines in short) of US, its physical and geometric concepts are clearer than the latter. Compared with computer numerical arithmetic, the new formula has smaller relative error and wider application range.
