765份HIV-1抗体阳性吸毒者标本蛋白免疫印迹带型分析

摘　　要：目的:分析HIV-1抗体阳性吸毒者的WB带型,了解我省吸毒人群WB带型的分布特征。方法:对本实验室2001至2003年的HIV-1抗体阳性吸毒者的WB带型进行统计分析。结果:765份HIV-1抗体阳性吸毒者的WB带型中,gp160、gp120、p24、p66、p51带型的出现率都在96%以上,gp41、p31带型的出现率分别为93.86%和91.37%;WB全带型出现率为57.12%(437/765);性别与WB带型的出现率差异无统计学意义;不同年龄组与出现p24带型差异有统计学意义(Х2=19.5,P<0.01)。结论:抗env和gag基因编码蛋白的抗体gp160、gp120、gp41、p24阳性率高,是确证HIV-1感染的必备条件;我省的HIV亚型、传播途径和WB带型之间的关系有待进一步的研究。Objective：To understand the distribution of western blot （WB） bands of drug addicts with HIV - 1 infection in Guangdong province. Methods. All the HIV - 1 antibody positive samples of drug addicts from 2001 to 2003 in our laboratory were collected and the WB bands were analyzed. Results： Among the 765 samples, gp160, gp120, p24, p66, p51 band were expressed over 96% samples; gp41 was expressed in 93.86% samples and p31, 91.37% ; the percentage of the samples with all bands was 57.12% （437/765）. The expression of different WB bands had no difference in male and female drug addicts, while the positive rate of p24 among different age groups were significantly different （ 2 = 19. 5, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： The positive rates of gp160, gp120, gp41, p24, which were encoded by env and gag gene, were high. It was prerequisite to confirm the HIV - 1 infection. The relationship of WB band, HIV - 1 gene subtype, and route of transmission need be further studied.
