摘　　要：将相平衡原理和相反应动力学原理应用于指导配方的设计。这使得EMI导电涂料的在制备过程中具有更合理的生产工艺和稳定的储存性能,并为导电涂料的漆膜提供更强的内聚力和更优秀的导电性能。通过比较导电涂料的树脂、导电填料、溶剂以及助剂的选择和应用对导电涂料的生产、施工以及漆膜物理性能的影响讨论导电涂料配方的设计技巧。The application of the theory of phase equilibrium and phase kinetic reaction in formulation design of EMI conductive coatings can bring a more reasonable process for the produce, offer a more stable and longer storage, improve stronger capability and more conductive for the paint. The influences of varieties of resins, conductive fillers, solvents and additive agents to the production, application and performances of the conductive coatings were compared to obtain the skills of formulation design.
