摘  要:针对热电厂循环冷却水系统存在的黏泥沉积问题,采用不停车化学清洗的处理技术,结果表明:汽轮机凝汽器真空提高了4~5 KPa,发电机出风温度下降了6~8℃,换热效果明显改善,从而保证了机组的安全运行,达到了预期的目的。According to slime deposition problem in cycling cooling water system of hot power plant, the cleaning on line technology was adopted. The results showed that the vacuum of turbine steam condenser was improved by 4 - 5 KPa, the out wind of power generator was decreased 6-8℃, the heat exchanging efficiency was obviously improved, thus the machine group were operating safety, arrived into the anticipate object.
