摘　　要：为了适应信息时代变革的发展,以及应对新世纪各种复杂任务所带来的挑战,美军根据网络中心战(NCW)的思想,提出了一个基于网络为中心的指挥控制概念模型-网络中心战指挥控制概念模型。以功能化的建模方法IDEF0对该模型进行了描述,并将其与传统的指挥控制概念模型进行了比较,在分析其特点的基础上,对基于网络为中心的指挥控制过程和思想有了较好的认识,同时也为开发适应新形势需求的指挥控制系统打下了基础。In order to be seasoned with the Information Age transformation and meet 21st century mission challenges, the US has developed a network-centric conceptual model of command and control-network centric warfare (NCW) command and control (C2) conceptual model, based on the principles of NCW. This paper describes the model with the IDEF0 which is a functional modeling method, compares it with the traditional models, and analyzes its characteristics, which makes us better understand the progress and idea of network-centric command and control, and make the first step of developing C2 systems which fit with new needs.
