摘 要:汽车状态维修技术是随着汽车故障诊断技术的不断发展而提出的。为此,在分析汽车传统计划维修弊端的基础上,阐述了汽车状态维修内涵。同时,分析了状态监测、故障诊断等汽车状态维修的关键技术;并以捷达车的故障排除为实例,对汽车状态维修技术的应用进行了分析。最后,展望了汽车状态维修技术的发展趋势。The condition-based maintenance is presented with the continued development of fault diagnosis of modern automobile. By analyzing the disadvantages of traditional project maintenance, the meanings of condition-based maintenance of modern automobile are explained. The critical technology of condition-based maintenance of automobile such as condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is analyzed, and sample fault elimination on Jetta analyses the application of condition-based maintenance of automobile. Finally the research trends for the future are proposed.
