摘　　要：目的:评价仙璐贝治疗急性鼻窦炎的疗效及安全性。方法:采用随机、多中心、平行对照的研究方法。100例急性鼻窦炎病人随机分为2组,单药组50例,口服仙璐贝滴剂1日3次,d1～3每次100滴,d4～7每次50滴。综合组50例,除服用上述仙璐贝外,同时加用抗生素、鼻腔减充血剂、糖皮质激素。结果:单药组与综合组治疗急性鼻窦炎的显效率分别为98%和96%,2组间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:仙璐贝滴剂是治疗急性鼻窦炎的一种安全有效药物。AIM： To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sinupret in the treatment of acute sinusitis. METHODS： One hundred patients with acute sinusitis were randomized into two groups. Fifty patients in simple Sinupret group were given Sinupret orally （3 times daily, 100 drops for d 1-3, 50 drops for d 4-7）. Fifty patients in composite group were given antibiotics, decongestant and glucocorticoid based on sinupret. RESULTS： The effective rates were 98 % and 96 % in simple Sinupret group and composite group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION： Sinupret is safety and efficacy in the treatment of acute sinusitis.
