摘  要:采用涤纶用紫外线吸收剂Cibafast P对聚乳酸(PLA)纤维针织物进行紫外线防护整理,研究了Cibafast P用量、整理温度和时间对吸附量和织物紫外防护因子(UPF)的影响;探讨了Cibafast P在PLA纤维上的吸附特性。研究表明,Cibafast P对260~330nm波段的紫外线具有良好的吸收性能,能有效地防止UV-B透过PLA织物;Cibafast P在PLA纤维上的吸附符合Langmuir模型,存在吸附饱和值;随着用量增加、处理温度升高和时间延长,吸附量和UPF值增加,UPF值与吸附量之间存在很好的线性关系;与分散染料不同,低于100℃,Cibafast P在PLA纤维上的吸附速度很慢,且吸附量低,故浸渍法整理应在110℃下进行。The UV-absorber Cibafast P for PET fiber was used to the ultraviolet protection finishing of polylactic acid (PLA) knit- ted fabric. The influence of UV-absorber dosage, immersion temperature and time on the sorption quantity of UV-absorber and the ultraviolet protection factor (UPP) of finished fabric was investigated, and the sorption behavior of UV-absorber by PLA fiber was discussed. The UV-absorber had strong absorption in the 260 ~ 330 nm region and could prevent UV-B from transmitting through PLA fabric. The sorption of the UV-absorber on PLA fiber followed the Langmuir mechanism. The sorption quantity of the UV-absorber on PLA fiber was increased with increasing of UV-absorber dosage, temperature and time, and had linear relation with the UPP. The UV-absorber exhibited slow sorption rate and low sorption quantity below 100 ℃, which was quite different from disperse dyes. The finishing should be performed at 110℃.
