摘  要:在水性超细颜料(C.I.颜料黄14)色浆中添加适当的助剂,配制成超细颜料水性分散体系;讨论了助剂对分散体系粘度和表面张力及消泡性的影响。试验结果表明,随1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、聚乙二醇200用量增加,水性超细颜料分散体系的粘度增大,表面张力稍有降低;表面活性剂OP-7、OP-10、OP-15加入分散体系中可降低其表面张力,但降低效率依次降低,对粘度的影响比较小;正丙醇在水性超细颜料分散体系中有一定的消泡作用,对体系粘度和表面张力影响很小,可作为消泡剂。The water based ultrafine pigment dispersion was prepared by adding additives into ultrafine pigment (C. I. pigment yellow 14) paste. The influence of additives on viscosity, surface tension and defoaming property of dispersion was discussed. As a result, the viscosity of water based ultrafine pigment dispersion was increased, and the surface tension was slightly reduced, along with the dosage increase of 1 ,3-propanediol, 1,4-butanediol, ! ,6-hexanediol and polyethylene glycol 200. Moreover, the efficiency of reducing surface tension falls down in the sequence of the surfactants OP-?, OP-10 and OP-15, the effect of the amount of surfactant on the viscosity was not very significant. The n-propanol was served as defoaming agent, because of its defoaming function and less influence on the viscosity and surface tension in the pigment dispersion.
