摘　　要：介绍了低温练漂剂QR-2010、QR-2011、QR-2020在全棉针织物低温练漂工艺中的应用;分析了低温练漂剂用量和保温时间对练漂效果的影响;确定了最佳练漂工艺及处方:QR-20100.5～1g/L,QR-20112.5～3g/L,QR-20200.4～0.8g/L,于80℃处理60min。处理后织物的白度、毛效及强力等各项指标均较好。The application of scouring and bleaching agents QR-2010, QR-2011 and QR-2020 to cotton knitted fabric at low temperature scouring and bleaching process was introduced. The influence of dosage of the agents and holding time on scouring and bleaching effect were analyzed. The optimal process and recipe of scouring and bleaching were settled.
