摘　　要：介绍了热轧螺纹钢筋轧后冷却工艺的微机控制技术。控制系统由冷却器及供水、仪表检测及调节和微机三个系统组成。通过对工艺过程分析，提出了控制要点；叙述了控制程序的结构和主要功能；在导出理论数学模型的基础上，建立了实用控制模型及其参数目适应校正公式。长期生产运行表明，系统设计合理，工艺可靠，完全满足工业生产需要。所生产的钢筋均达到有关技术标准，效益可观。最后，提出了推广应用时，系统进一步改进的建设性意见。This paper describes the microcomputer control of after-rolling cooling of reinforced bar, The control system is composed of three subsystems-cooler with water supply, measuring and regulating equipment, and microcomputer. The main control concept, the structure. and functions of control program has been given after the process has been analysed. The. control models and their self-adapting correction formulas required for the process are built on the basis of deducing theoretical mathematical model. It has been proved by long operation that the design and operation of this system is reliable and meets the demands of industrial production. The product properties conform the relevant technical standards, and the remarkable economic benifit has been obtained. The suggestions on further improvement in given is this paper.
