摘  要:针对安钢R6 m全弧型板坯连铸机生产的中板表面出现大片非金属夹杂物问题,通过电解方法提取连铸过程各阶段钢中的非金属夹杂物,进行粒度分析,找出了连铸过程中非金属夹杂物的含量及粒度变化趋势,指出铸坯中的大颗粒夹杂物是由于中间包钢液中的大颗粒夹杂物被卷入的,通过改善中间包钢水流场可以减少铸坯中的大颗粒非金属夹杂物。The origin of inclusions in continuously cast slab has been studied by means of electrolysis and size distribution analysis. The change in quantity and size of inclusions during continuous casting has also been studied. The results indicate that the amount of large inclusions is reduced considerably during casting and unsatisfactory floating condition is the reason why some large inclusions remain in slab. Some counter-measures are presented.
