连铸作业漏钢事故中铸坯温度行为的分析研究

摘　　要：对宝钢连铸漏钢预报系统的现场数据进行了分类分析,探讨了温度、钢种、拉速和其他参数对预报系统的影响,并对铸坯在结晶器内的热力学行为进行了研究。并对系统模型参数的设置及系统模型本身提出了修改意见。The data files of breakout prediction system on slab caster at Baosteel are classified to discuss the effect of temperature, steel grade, casting speed and other casting parameters on prediction and to analyse strand thermal dynamic behavior in the mold. Some opinions are presented for setting the parameters of the prediction system and correcting the logic model of this system.
