摘 要:通过落球冲击和滑动磨损试验探讨了冲击对高铬铸铁和奥氏体不锈钢耐磨性的影响。结果表明:当基体同为马氏体时,金属型高铬铸铁的耐磨性在冲击前、后都比砂型高铬铸铁好,冲击作用使金属型高铬铸铁的耐磨性略有降低而对砂型高铬铸铁的耐磨性影响较小;基体中含有30.8%残余奥氏体对高铬铸铁的耐磨性有利,冲击后残余奥氏体的形变和相变对高铬铸铁的耐磨性更有利;冲击作用使全奥氏体高铬铸铁的耐磨性显著提高,而使奥氏体不锈钢的耐磨性显著降低。Effect of impact on wear resistance of high chromium cast iron and austenitic stainless steel has been studied by ball-on-ball impact and pin-on-disc abrasion test. For martensitic high chromium cast iron, whether pre-impact or after impact, the metal mold cast one has better wear resistance than the sand mold cast one. After impact the wear resistance of the metal mold cast one is decreased a little while the wear resistance of the sand mold cast one is almost not change 30.8% of residual austenite in high chromium cast iron is beneficial to wear resistance. Impact-induced deformation and phase transformation have even larger beneficial effects. For austenitic high chromium cast iron, impact largely improves its wear resistance, while for austenitic stainless steel, impact largely decreases its wear resistance.
