HPLC测定骨筋丸片中龙胆苦苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立骨筋丸片定量检测方法。方法:高效液相色谱法(HPLC)。C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(1∶3),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长254nm。结果:龙胆苦苷进样量0.05～0.80μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),回收率为98.85%,RSD为1.16%。结论:该法操作简便、准确,可作为骨筋丸片中的含量测定方法。Objective ：To establish the quality control method of gujinwan tablets. Methods：Using RP-HPLC with Hypersil C18 columm （ 150 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm）,the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （1：3） with 1 ml/min of flow rate, and the detection wavelength was at 254 nm.Results：Gentiopicrin showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.05-0.80 μg.The recovery rate was 98.85% and RSD was 1.16%.Conclusion：This method is simple and accurate ,and can be used for content determination of ggujinwan tablets.
