摘　　要：高等学校科学研究的区域化发展是伴随着高等教育服务功能的区域化而产生和发展的。一般地方高校科学研究的区域化发展,其核心在于依托区域特征打造科研特色,依托科研特色提升科研层次与科研水平,依托区域联合提升科研实力和整合科研力量,通过与区域的互动发展提高科学研究区域化水平。The regional development of the scientific research in local colleges or universities begins and gorws together with the regionalization of the service functions of the higher education. The core of the regional development lies in making defitive characteristics out of regional features, in upgrading scientific research through these characteristics, in strengthening the research and integrating research forces by regional cooperations, and in raising the regionalization level by interacting with regional communities.
