利用高校科技档案的对策建议

摘　　要：高校科技档案不仅在我国的科教兴国战略和社会经济发展中发挥着重大作用,而且在高校的教学与科研以及高校的生存与发展中也起着重要的作用。然而通过调查发现高校科技档案利用不足,其原因在于认识上轻视利用、制度上不健全、服务方式落后。为此,提出四个对策:转变轻利用的观念、建立健全利用工作制度、选择多样有效的服务方式和实行利用反馈控制。Scientific and technological archives in institutions of higher education play an important role in both development of science and education as well as economy of the country and the teaching and scientific research works as well as existence and development of the institutions of higher education. A recent investigation indicates the fact that the inefficiency of scientific and technological archives in institutions of higher education is caused by people＇s careless attitude, imperfect systems and backward services. Four relevant countermeasures are as follows： changing people＇s attitude, establishing and perfecting systems, offering diversified and effective services, and controlling the feedback information about the utilization ratio.
