摘　　要：网络工具书的发展并不意味着纸质工具书的灭亡,两者应该是相互促进、共同发展的关系;通过分析纸质工具书馆藏建设与管理中存在的问题和网络时代高校图书馆纸质工具书的收藏策略;提出了网络时代充分发挥纸质工具书的作用,应从提示纸质工具书中的实用信息、编制工具书库之工具书、宣传工具书在教学科研中的重要作用、提高读者使用工具书的能力等方面入手。The development of on-line reference book does not mean the end of paper reference book, instead, these two kinds of books promote and develop mutually. The paper analyzes the problems existing in the storage construction and management of paper reference book and strategies for the storage in the e--age and proposes ways to bring into play the roles of paper book in the light of the improvement in the practical information value of the paper book and the ability of the readers to use the book, etc..
