摘　　要：指标体系是战略环境评价的具体评价内容,即评价因子。本文根据汽车工业环境影响具有多领域、多成分、多层次立体交叉、时空范围广泛的特点,采用生命周期分析框架,系统识别汽车工业规划的环境影响因子;提出了指标的选取原则;基于生命周期分析框架对指标进行分类;以山东省汽车工业规划环境影响评价为例进行了实证研究。The indicator system is the strategic environmental assessment concrete assessment content, namely assessment factor, according to the multi -domains, the multi - ingredients ,multi -levelly, separate grade crossing and widespread characteristics of the automobile industry environmental effect, This article uses the life cycle analysis frame to distinguish the environmental impact factor of automobile industry plan ; Proposed the selection principle of indicator and classified the indicators based on the life cycle analysis frame, at last, we study a case of the Shandong province automobile industry plan environmental effect. to prove it.
