更昔洛韦联合苦参素治疗婴儿巨细胞病毒肝炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨更昔洛韦(GCV)联合苦参素对婴儿巨细胞病毒(CMV)肝炎的疗效。方法:比较48例婴儿CMV肝炎用更昔洛韦联合苦参素治疗前后肝功能、肝脾大小变化以及CMV检测指标的转阴率。结果:肝功各项指标治疗前后差异显著(P<0.05),肝脾较治疗前明显缩小,差异显著(P<0.05)。血CMV-IgM、PCR-CMV-DNA转阴率分别为89.6%,80%。结论:更昔洛韦、苦参素注射液联合治疗CMV肝炎有较好疗效。Objective：To investigate the effect of ganciclovir and matrine in treating the infants with cytomegalovinus（CMV） hepatitis. Methods： Liver fimction,size of liver and spleen before, and after ~t and negative rate of detected marks about CMV were respectively studied.Results： There was significant difference in marks of liver fimction.size of liver and spleen before and after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）, negative rate of CMV- IgMCR- CMV - DNA was 89.6%, 80% respectively. Conclusion： The effect of ganciclovir and matrine s in treating the infants with cytomegalovinus（CMV） hepatitis was certain.
