摘　　要：齐40块蒸汽驱先导试验取得了较为理想的开发效果,但由于受油藏非均质性的影响,蒸汽驱过程中出现了蒸汽波及效率低、稳产时间短等现象。针对蒸汽波及程度不均匀等问题,通过开展油藏地质、射孔资料及注汽井吸汽剖面、蒸汽驱开发动态及数值模拟研究等,对蒸汽驱过程中的蒸汽波及规律进行研究,分析并总结了影响蒸汽波及程度的主要因素。根据研究结果,及时调整蒸汽驱方案,有效地保障了蒸汽驱的效果。Steam drive pilot test in Block Qi40 has achieved ideal development result, but the sweep efficiency is low and stable production period is short because of reservoir heterogeneity. In accordance with the uneven steam sweep problem, this paper studies steam sweep pattern and the main factors affecting steam sweep through study of reservoir geology, perforation data, steam entry profile, development performance and numerical simulation. Steam drive plan has been adjusted according to the study result, thus ensured steam drive efficiency.
