摘  要:磨料射流是近年发展起来的高新切割技术,可在远低于水射流的工作压力下切割同样的材料。通过分析磨料射流切割金属套管的机理,认为磨料颗粒在水射流携带下,与被切割材料相接触,由于接触面积小,可以产生极高的接触剪应力,使接触区域破碎成微粒从母体上脱落,从而实施切割,并根据弹性力学中接触理论建立了力学模型。该模型的建立有助于提高磨料射流油井割缝关键技术的试验认识,为井下切割参数的设计提供可靠依据。Abrasive jet is a new cutting technique newly developed in recent years; it can cut the same material at a working pressure far less than water jet. This paper analyzes the mechanism of cutting metal casing by abrasive jet. The abrasive particles, carried by water jet, contact with the material to be cut at a small area and produce extremely high contact shear stress, making the contact area break into fine particles and fall off from parent, and thus cutting the metal. A mechanic model has been set up according to the contact theory of elastic mechanics. This model is helpful in improving experimental understanding of the key techniques of oil well slotting by abrasive jet, and provides reliable basis for downhole cutting parameter design.
