摘  要:介绍了采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对用于磷酸铵溶液发生泄漏的闸阀进行宏微观形貌和金相结构分析的结果,论述了采用光电直读能谱仪、X射线荧光光谱仪和NHO分析仪对闸阀材质和表面沉积物成分进行系统的表征分析方法,总结了闸阀的失效模式为腐蚀和结垢,提出了解决问题的相应对策及防止类似事故发生的技术依据。The gate valve which leaked in ammonium phosphate solution was characterized by metallurgical microscope,SEM to analyze macro appearance,micro morphology and metallographic structure.Also Photoelectric Direct Reading Spectrometer,X-Ray Fluorescence Spectrometer and NHO-analyzer were used to analyze chemical composition of materials and particles covered on the wedge disc.The results showed that the failure mode of gate valve is scale and corrosion.Moreover,countermeasures for solving the problem have been tentatively put forward.The analysis result provides the technological support to prevent the same accident.
