摘　　要：本文根据杭州市路面状况及在杭州市建立的路面管理系统的要求,通过专家评价和实地数据调查,经过分析整理建立了旨在用于评价路面使用状况的PCI模型,从而实现了路况评价的数据化。Based on the data of both the site investigation (objective evaluation) and experts appraisement (subjective evaluation), the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) module was developed and used for pavement evaluation in Hangzhou area to carry out the digital evaluation of pavement condition.
