摘  要:研究了45钢表面激光熔敷镍基WC合金层的耐蚀性及在不同冲击速度和不同浓度酸性介质下的腐蚀磨损特性。结果表明,激光熔敷Ni60/WC合金层不论耐蚀性还是抗腐蚀磨损性能均高于2Cr13不锈钢。应用微机对试验结果进行逐步回归分析,得出了影响因素与腐蚀磨损速率的定量关系,并探讨了熔敷层的腐蚀磨损过程。In this paper, nickel based WC compound alloy coatings were remelted on the surface of 45 steel by laser. The corrosion resistance and corrosion wear behavior of the remelted alloy coatings under different impact velocities and various acid densities were investigated. The results show that the laser remelted alloy coatings of Ni60/WC present not only higher corrosion resistance but also much more improved corrosion wear behaviors than 2Cr13 stainless steel. A processing regression analysis on the experimental results was conducted by microcomputer, some relationships between factors of effect and corrosion wear rate were obtained, and corrosion wear mechanism of those remelted coatings was discussed too.
