摘 要:玻璃池炉碹顶拉条的张力检测具有重要的实用价值。该文探讨了用频率法测量碹顶拉条张力的原理,根据碹顶拉条的结构特点确定了频率和张力的具体算法,基于L abV IEW虚拟仪器开发平台,开发了一套拉条张力测试系统。对系统的现场性能测试试验结果表明:该系统能够满足企业进行拉条张力测试的精度要求,同时具有操作简便、经济实用等优点。Glass furnace often has maintenance problems due to the high temperature. Testing of the tension in the crown tie rod can provide early evidence of damage to the furnace crown. The tension also provides a quantitative measurement for tension adjustments to maintain the furnace crown. Therefore, the tie rod tension needs to be regularly monitored. This paper describes a natural vibrated frequency method for measuring the tension. The relationship between the vibrated frequency and the tension is retold. The tie rod tension rest system is based on the Virtual Instruments development platform LabVIEW. Field tests show that the system provides precise measurement of the rod tension and is convenient, economical, and practical.
