摘 要:针对家庭健康检测的需求,研制一种低成本的生物电阻抗测量系统。采用由一对激励电极及一对敏感电极组成的四电极结构,利用单片机结合低通滤波器产生50 kH z的正弦波恒流信号,施加在与人体皮肤接触的激励电极对上,通过测量敏感电极对的电压,实现人体生物阻抗的检测,有效克服了接触电阻抗以及空间电磁波的干扰。利用该系统对人体腿对腿间的生物电阻抗进行了实际测量,并将测量结果与T an ita BF-639的测量结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,这种测量系统在测量结果的线性、重现性、稳定性及准确性等方面的性能可满足人体成分测量的要求。这为人体肥胖程度的家庭检测提供了一种有效的工具。A low-cost bioimpedance measurement system was developed for the increasing household health care market. The system uses a four-electrode structure with a pair of exciting electrodes and a pair of sensing electrodes for the measurements. A 50 kHz sinusoidal constant current signal generated by a microcontroller unit together with a low-pass filter is applied to the exciting electrodes contacting the skin. The voltage across the sensing electrodes is measured to obtain the bioimpedance of human body. The system overcomes interference between the contact impedance and the electromagnetic wave. Measurements of leg-to-leg bioimpedance compare well with those obtained using a Tanita BF-639. The system produces repeatability, stability, and accuracy for body composition measurements as an effective household tool for body fat measurements.
