摘 要:新颖Buck型AC/AC直接变换器使用了较少的功率器件实现单级功率变换和能量双向流动,利于提高变换器的功率密度和变换效率。本文给出了其工作模态和工作原理的详细分析,讨论了该变换器的两种PWM调制策略,并指出第二种调制策略可降低开关损耗。采用滞环电流控制的Buck型AC/AC直接变换器可对输入电压畸变进行有效抑制,保持输出电压高度正弦。仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性。A Buck AC/AC direct converter is introduced in this paper. Single AC to AC voltage direct converter can be obtained by this converter in which not so many components are used. So the efficiency of this converter is high and the volume is small at the same time. Detail working models and circuit principle are introduced at first in this paper. Then two PWM control strategies are discussed, between which the second PWM mode is better than the first one because less switching loss can be obtained by the second PWM mode. Due to hysteresis current control is adopt, THD of output voltage is low and the output waveform is good even when the input voltage is freaky. Simulation and experiment verify those analysis.
