明代洪武时期北部边防的战略规划

摘　　要：明代洪武时期的北部边防一方面全力阻遏北元势力的反扑,巩固其在北疆的统治;另一方面着眼长远,完成奠基定制的目的。明王朝对北部边防进行了一定的战略规划,在军事部署上,在依托山川险隘构建东西呼应的外围防线的同时,重视边防的层次性,设置纵深防御带;在指挥机制上,形成了整体与局部相结合的防御体制;在后勤保障上,通过屯田解除了边军的后顾之忧,并与卫所制相结合形成了边军的自身绵延体制。洪武时期北部边防的战略规划对明代中后期的北部边防产生了深远影响。Ming Dynasty worked out a series of strategic plans for northern frontier defence because in the period of Hongwu it took effect in blocking the pounce of North Yuan and completing the aim of establishing a new state. They attached importance to the arrangements of frontier defence and set up some zones of defence in depth when they relied on the advantages of mountains to set up some outer defense lines which echo each other from east and west in militaty deployment. They built a sestem of defence which com- bined whole with part in system of command. They freed the privates ＇ mind of apprehensions who working on the frontiers by Army farming and built the army＇ own continuous system by combining Guarding post system in logistic safeguard. The strategic plans of northern frontier defence in Hongwu period had took deep effect on the northern frontier of the middle and later period of Ming Dynasty.
