摘 要:铜录山建矿近40午,由于低品位(含CU<1%)氧化铜矿石选矿难题未解决,致使大量矿石堆存或废弃.本研究采用原矿预处理-磨矿浮选工艺流程,硫化钠、改性黄药(KD4)与复合油(W-2号)联用,从含0.96%CU(钢氧化率98%,结合铜占有率28%),0.75g/t AU(包裹金占23%)的矿石中浮选出优质钢精矿,品位33.15%CU,24.96g/tAU,对原矿的铜回收率64.53%,金回收率63.11%,并为进一步从铜尾矿综合回收钱精矿创造良好条件.Since the difficult problem of the mineral processing of low grade (Cucontent<1 %) copper oxide ore in Tonglushan Mine, which has been set up nearly for 40years, has not been solved, large amount of ores are piled or discarded. In this paper, thetechnological process of crude ore pretreatment-grinding flotation is studied. In the reagentregime, sodium sulfide, modified xanthate (KD4 ) and composite oil (W-2) are usedtogether. Good-quality copper concentrate can be floated out from the ore, which contains0. 96% Cu (the oxidation rate of Cu is 98% and the occupation rate of unseparable Cu is28% ), 0.75g/t Au (inclusion gold 23 % ). The grades of the concentrate are 33. 15% Cu and24. 96g/t Au with the recovery rate of Cu 64. 53% and of Au 63. 11% (to the crude ore),which creates good conditions for further recovering Fe concentrate comprehensively from Cutailings.
